The company is based in Prémanon, (Rousses resort) in the heart of the Haut Jura regional park which also happens to be the historic center of French eyewear.
Passionate about climbing, ski mountaineering, paragliding, running and mountain biking, its creators gave this new brand a decidedly outdoor color and named it Altitude in homage to the mountains they love.
