Produced in the Agadir Valley within a Women's Agricultural Cooperative and made from the fruits of the Argan tree (Argania Spinosa), Amazit Roasted Gastronomic Virgin Argan Oil is certified IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) Argan Morocco. Endemic to Morocco, the Arganeraie Biosphere Reserve is now recognized by UNESCO and brings together around 250 rural and urban municipalities that enjoy all the advantages of this jewel of nature, unique in the world. Nicknamed "the Yellow Gold of Morocco", Argan Oil is more commonly known for its cosmetic benefits, but it is also used and highly appreciated in cooking. Indeed, the Virgin Gastronomic Argan Oil is roasted, which gives it this slight taste of hazelnut. Used for years by the Imazighen (Berbers) in the local gastronomic art (tagine, couscous, amlou, ...), you can use it to enhance your preparations based on fish, meat, vegetables and also sweet desserts.
