Asean - Flexible carving knife 20cm-SABATIER TRUMPETTE

Carving knife, flexible blade, from the Asean range. 20cm blade in high performance MoV - Molybdenum Vanadium steel. The blade back is rounded, for optimal cutting comfort. The edge of the blade is leather polished for a razor sharp edge. One-piece knife with 18/0 stainless steel handle. We recommend wiping the knife after washing - machine or hand - to prolong its use indefinitely. Asean is available on 6 models of Japanese inspiration 100% steel.
