In this box, for yourself or to give as a gift, discover an assortment of our exceptional Japanese teas: • 1 x Ceremony matcha tea 30 g, our best-seller, very popular as a water drink or matcha latte because it has no bitterness. • 1 x shincha tea 30g, a noble and tasty green tea, harvested last spring from our partner farmers. • 1 x hojicha tea 30 g, a roasted then ground green tea with aromas reminiscent of coffee and hot chocolate. 🌱MATCHA TEA CEREMONY Ceremonial matcha tea is a ground green tea with a thousand virtues. Without bitterness and rich in nutrients, it is our best seller and won the prize for best organic product 2022! This powder from Nishio requires whipping using a bamboo whisk, an electric frother or a blender/mixer/beater/shaker. Consumed with a splash of hot but not hot water (70°C maximum) in the Japanese tradition, it is drunk in just a few sips. You can supplement the mixture with vegetable milk to prepare a delicious matcha latte. We recommend oat milk for a comforting vegan drink. 🌱 🌱 SHINCHA GREEN TEA This exceptional brewing green tea comes from the first spring harvest (in Shizuoka, Japan), a time known to produce the best teas of the year. In its flavors and smell, we find great freshness. It is without bitterness, almost sweet. Its unique taste and all the minerals drawn from the soil throughout the winter make it incomparable. 🌱HOJICHA TEA This hojicha from the Shizuoka region is a roasted and ground green tea. The roasting stage changes the taste of this green tea and gives it a wonderful toasted flavor which can be reminiscent of coffee or even cocoa. Thanks to its toasted aromas, it is a delicious drink which can be made with water ( more traditional version) or in a hojicha latte, that is to say with the milk of your choice. The roasting process retains the tea's vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants but eliminates its tannins, which are responsible for the bitterness of some teas. The result is a tea low in theine with an extremely mild taste. For snacks, breakfast, consumed cold in summer or hot in winter, and with milk for an even more delicious version: it's an original and regressive tea as you wish! We recommend tasting it with oat milk for a healthy alternative to the comforting hot chocolate we all know!
