Wakoucha tea 60 g

Ingredients: 100% black tea 🍵 PREPARATION OF WAKOUCHA Infuse approximately 3 g of tea (one teaspoon) in 200 ml to 300 ml of water at 80°C for 1 minute 30 minutes. You can add a little milk of your choice for an even more comforting drink. 🌱TASTE This 100% natural wakoucha black tea is without any bitterness. It is characterized by its freshness, its umami, a slight astringency. Its tannins are soft and light and it has fruity aromas, such as notes of plum. Because the variety of tea from which this black tea comes is different from that from which the majority of black teas in the world come, Japanese tea tastes quite different from the black teas commonly drunk in the West. Its absence of bitterness and its naturally fruity notes make it very appreciable and “easy to love”. 🌱NUTRIENTS – HEALTH BENEFITS Rich in antioxidants, notably theflavins and therubigins, Wakoucha black tea is a tea with many benefits. Its antioxidant power helps fight free radicals and prevent oxidative stress. It supports cardiovascular health, oral health and is an ally for weight loss. Its tannins also promote good digestion. Rich in caffeine (29 mg per 1 g of tea), it is an ideal stimulating drink for a little boost of energy during the day. ÉHowever, avoid consuming it in the evening if you are sensitive to the effects of caffeine. 🌱CONTAINER AND STORAGE Box capacity: 60 grams, or approximately 35 bowls or cups. You can also prepare 40 to 45 small cups (Japanese style), using a teapot with 250 mL of water (Japanese style) in which you infuse 3 g of wakoucha. Storage: Keep your jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place (in a cupboard not exposed to the sun for example). In this way, its taste and benefits will be optimal for 6 months after opening. A little info for connoisseurs: Cultivar Yabukita.
