"DE CHARACTERE" olive oil is our flagship product with its naturally pronounced taste. This olive oil is made from 100% of the Chemlali variety. It is sweet, with hints of dried almonds. It will go wonderfully with your salads and other seasonings. This Discovery box consists of a 300ml bottle and a recipe (depending on the season). Our oils are of the highest quality: Extra Virgin, first cold pressing, hand-picked olives. They promote eco-responsible agriculture, using ancestral methods, respectful of nature. They are of Tunisian origin from the Sfax region and certified organic according to European standards. Our oils are packaged in France.
