PULLED PORK RILLETTES - 90g of happiness

Mainly composed of lean pork, our rillettes are very low in fat (around 30% less than a classic recipe), which is why we talk about shredded pork with a melting texture! 🐖 How do we do ? 👩🏻‍🌾 The meat is candied in an aromatic broth (soy sauce, vinegar, shallots, bay leaf, garlic 😍) for around 7 hours, covered, and over low heat, so that it soaks up the aromas!     90g which will make Umami in your mouth: the acidity counterbalances with the fat to leave you with a taste of coming back for more.     This recipe is inspired by the Filipino Adobo, an ancestral dish, which means marinade. From the first bites we were seduced by the caramelization of the meat which preserves a tender heart. This is what we find in our rillettes! 🧡 🤫Manufacturing secrets: They are made near Nantes, by Guillaume, who chooses organic pigs raised less than 100km from his kitchens 🔪 Even if, in principle, you already know rillettes, we guarantee that this one has no equal! 😉 Needless to say, all our recipes are made with raw materials, without superfluous ingredients (no additives, no preservatives, no colorings) sourced locally, as much as possible 🇫🇷 All our recipes are original creations that cannot be found anywhere else.
