Shredded Pork Rillettes, 90g of happiness to spread 🐖

Mainly composed of lean pork, our rillettes are very low in fat (about 30% less than a classic recipe), which is why we talk about shredded meat with a melting texture! 🐖 How do we do ? 👩🏻‍🌾 The meat is confit in an aromatic broth (soy sauce, vinegar, shallots, bay leaf, garlic 😍) for about 7 hours, covered, and over low heat, so that it soaks up the aromas! 90g that will make Umami in your mouth: the acidity counterbalances with the fat to leave you with a taste of coming back to it. This recipe is inspired by the Filipino Adobo, an ancestral dish, which means marinade. From the first bites we were seduced by the caramelization of the meat which preserves a melting heart. This is what we find in our rillettes! 🧡 🤫 Manufacturing secrets: They are made near Nantes, by Guillaume, who chooses organic pigs raised less than 100 km from his kitchens 🔪 Even if, in principle, you already know rillettes, we guarantee that this one has no equal! 😉 Needless to say that all our recipes are made with raw materials, without superfluous ingredients (no additives, no preservatives, no dyes) sourced locally, as much as possible 🇫🇷 All our recipes are original creations that cannot be found anywhere else.
