TUNA AND TOMATO RILLETTES WITH GREEN OLIVES, 90g of freshness

The main feedback during the tastings is that we feel the freshness of the ingredients: the real taste of the tomato 🍅 picked when ripe, which is full of sun, and very fleshy green olives 🫒. And when you have quality raw materials, there is no need to add superfluous ingredients: a simple seasoning with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper of course and that's it! 🤌🏼 🐟The mixture is rather fresh in the mouth, nothing to do with classic rillettes because the tomato provides a slightly watery texture. This is a more conventional recipe, more accessible in terms of flavors, which pleases more than anything: the real taste of the ingredients announced on the label!
