Sicilian Caponata of Eggplant and Capers - 280 g

Sicilian caponata is a mix of all Sicilian flavors and aromas.    1. 
Processing: After having carefully washed all the vegetables, the aubergines are cut into cubes and left to soak in water and salt for a few hours. 
They are then grilled and sautéed in another pan.   In another pan the sauce is cooked with capers, olives, almonds, pine nuts and pepper.   Finally, aubergines and extra-virgin olive oil are added.    2.
