Pumpkin soup from the best pumpkins grown in the Trapani hills. The pumpkin soup from Antica Bottega Siciliana has a delicate and genuine flavour. It is a versatile product: it can be tasted as a soup with croutons, as a condiment for first courses or as a side dish. We only use pumpkins from our fields. 1. Processing: The pumpkins are harvested by hand. After being washed, they are cut and peeled. Subsequently the pulp is cooked slowly in a pot with spices and herbs. 2. Net weight: 180 grams 3. Storage times and methods: 24 months from the date of production. 4. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
