Precious salt obtained from the processing and seasoning of Lardo di PGI colonnade. It occurs in the form of inhomogeneous crystals, small pieces of garlic and rosemary. The salt is dried to eliminate humidity and still retains the scent of Lardo di Colonnade. Suitable for cooking and seasoning meat and fish dishes. WEIGHT: 100 g per jar.
