"Mafalda" is the oldest lard shop in Colonnata, already in existence in 1928, when the "lard" was only the poor companatico of the quarrymen. Thanks to her resourcefulness, Mafalda Guadagni was able to make her personality shine even in an age and culture dominated by men.
