Our risottos are a healthy, nutritious and tasty first course, also ideal for children and for those who follow a vegetarian diet. 

In the different versions, these risottos are very simple and quick to prepare: just add the water and leave to cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally and, if desired, stir in a knob of butter and plenty of parmesan. 

Creaming with cheese makes the dish lighter but more enveloping. 

Little effort and maximum yield for an aromatic first course perfect not only for everyday menus but also for dinners with friends.
