Bapbap Beer - Original Pale Ale 5.4%

The first beer to come out of the vats on rue Saint-Maur, BAPBAP Originale is a top-fermented Pale Ale beer with an alcohol content of 5.4%. It’s a Parisian interpretation of round, spicy Belgian beers and American Pale Ales with their distinctive hops. Its recipe comes from a subtle blend between the sweetness of malts (barley and wheat) and the refreshing notes delivered by hops. Cascade hops provide citrus aromas that blend with the residual sugars of Cara Vienne malt. It is a golden, round and fruity beer which reveals a pleasant bitterness at the end of the mouth.
