Bapbap IPA beer - Vertigo West Coast IPA 6%

For our IPA, we wanted to give pride of place to aromatic hops and perfumed bitterness, by creating a blend of three hops: Magnum, Summit and Sorachi Ace in dry hopping. The result is a complex IPA, with a caramel color and red and auburn highlights. All topped with a fine off-white foam. Its nose is powerful and fruity, with notes of dill and coconut typical of Sorachi Ace hops. On the palate, the fruity aromas are supported by the caramelized malts. After a few moments the bittering hops come to perfectly balance the initial sweet notes for a dry, bitter and perfumed finish. To be consumed with nachos or a blue flank steak.
