One sip, two sips, three sips... Oh no, your Citrus IPA is already finished! Its delicious citrus notes, subtly bitter, will make this beer very ephemeral in your glass! We'd like to open a second one, right? TASTE: The citrus IPA reveals finely malty and bitter tastes zested with citrus notes when tasted. PRODUCTION FEATURES: Use of the Flame Out technique which consists of infusing a dose of hops after boiling, once the heat source is extinguished. The aim of this hopping is to extract the essential oils as best as possible while limiting their evaporation. Infusion in the still hot wort brings aromas to the beer, but also more pronounced hop flavors and a slight additional bitterness. Additionally, yellow lemon peels are added during fermentation. MOUTH FEELING: In the mouth, it reveals a sustained bitterness and a slight freshness due to citrus fruits. PAIR WITH: Nothing like this IPA during a hearty meal to lighten it all up. It also pairs very well with blue cheeses like gorgonzola or spicy cold meats like chorizo.
