Session Beer IPA Hespérides 33cl

Hespérides is a true Session IPA which has an alcohol content of 4.8% and presents very floral aromas and tastes thanks to the use of aromatic hops such as Cascade, Citra or Simcoe. It has a frank but light bitterness which it owes to the use of “noble” hops during the boiling phase. Legend has it that the beers sent to India were overloaded with hops, with sterilizing qualities, in order to help them endure the crossing, which would have given this beer its name. Our session IPA beer is quite simply a light and refreshing IPA beer that will delight your taste buds. Ideal as an aperitif, its slight bitterness on the finish is very complementary with spicy meals. It also goes very well with fruit. Its refreshing lightness can lighten up hearty meals. A Session IPA is inspired by the concept of a session beer, but retaining all the hoppy character of a stronger IPA. It has all the flavor of hops (the dry hopping rate remains the same) and the intensity of the latter, and its notes of flowers, citrus and fruit, as for an IPA. Unfiltered, unpasteurized beer, without coloring or preservatives. Store the bottle upright, away from light and heat. A yeast deposit is natural.
