Zéphyr White Beer 33cl

As light as the west wind from which it takes its name, since it contains 5% alcohol, Zéphyr is no exception to the rule and offers a strongly malty taste, clearly marked by wheat and enhanced by the use of hops which will bring floral, spicy and fruity notes. As we do not deny its origins and the traditions of Witbier (white beer in Belgium), this beer is spiced with coriander seeds which reinforce its freshness and help to strengthen its character. Zéphyr will enhance your fish, oysters and seafood, but not only that… it also goes very well with fresh goat’s cheese or fruit-based desserts. White beers are characterized by the use of wheat. They are pale yellow in color and the yeast used gives them a naturally cloudy color. Unfiltered, unpasteurized beer, without coloring or preservatives. Store the bottle upright, away from light and heat. A yeast deposit is natural.
