Calliope Porter Beer 75cl

Calliope is one of Deux Béliers’ favorite beers. Its simplicity, its frank character, its dark color but above all its taste will make you live a unique experience. Heir to the London dockers from which its style originates, it remains a light beer with its 4.8% alcohol. Calliope is produced with English malts and hops, the union of which is enhanced by an English yeast which promotes, during fermentation, the birth of aromas with subtle coffee notes that will tickle your taste buds. Porter goes perfectly with game fillets, sausage or grilled meats. Also ideal with blue cheese such as blue cheese or Roquefort Brewed in Ireland since 1780, Porter met the need for a nourishing beer demanded by porters (porters) of goods from all the English colonies, or Dockers. Porters are top-fermented beers made since the 18th century, using roasted brown malt and bittering hops. The Porters are also the basis on which the Stouts will be available.
