Organic Indian Pale Ale beer 75 cl - 5.5%

5.5% alc. Beer is a fragile liquid and the more hops you add, the better you protect it. Legend has it that highly hopped beers were developed to support the journey to the British colonies of India in the 18th century. The excess bitterness provided by the hops sometimes made these beers undrinkable. At the end of the 1980s, American brewers took advantage of the recipes in order to improve them, thus developing the fashion for IPAs to the delight of amateurs. Gangloff IPA is a blond beer to which several hot and cold hops are added during the different stages of manufacturing. We wanted it Indian and sweeter than the usual IPAs. When tasting it you will appreciate an intense but not overpowering bitterness at the end of the mouth. The hops we use give Gangloff IPA spicy and woody aromas that combine with slightly lemony floral notes. Tasting temperature: 4 - 6°C Sugar and salt reduce bitterness, spices strengthen it, the choice is yours! Dishes : Harmony: rougail sausage, cod accras Contrast: very salty dishes which will reduce the bitterness Desserts: Harmony: dairy desserts, fruits Contrast: pistachio ice cream, sorbets Color: coppery blonde Bitterness: high on the finish
