Rhum Vermeil 70cl - Ardent Spirits BIO

Rhum Vermeil is produced from pure sugar cane juice and organic molasses from Central America. The distillate is then aged for 3 years in oak barrels that have contained bourbon; then 3 months of refining in barrels of Maury, natural sweet wine from Roussillon. Aging in bourdon barrels gives it a vanilla touch and a smoky woodiness; while refining in Maury barrels softens and brings a lot of greediness.
