MEDITERRANEAN TUNA FILLETS IN SEED OIL

The Mediterranean Tuna or Alletterato is mainly distinguished by the particular irregular black drawings on its back, which look like writing made from letters and symbols (hence the alletterato name).  The body is small and not very slender, it has a dark blue livery on the back and pearly white on the belly.
