TOMBARELLO TUNA IN OLIVE OIL

The Tombarello is a fish belonging to the Scombridae family.  The color of the tombarello is dark blue on the back and silvery on the sides.  Rear fin white and other fins grey.  There are scales in the thoracic area and on the lateral line.  The nutritional properties of Tombarello are very similar to those of Red Tuna although the latter is considered more valuable.
