IPA or India Pale Ale style craft beer, with a marked hop character and a strong orange color. It has a creamy foam crown and good retention. has 6.9% On the palate it has a medium bitterness that quickly dissipates, giving way to citrus, pine and the caramel and biscuit typical of the grain used. It is an ideal beer to pair with red meat, roasts, game, hearty stews, strong cheeses, pâtés... Arriaca IPA has obtained the ABC Award for the best Spanish IPA 2016 in Madrid, a silver medal in the Dublin Craft Beer Cup 2016 and a bronze medal in the World Beer Idol 2016 and a silver medal in 2020 in Prague.
