These speculoos are still formed and cooked in the old-fashioned way. The dough is kneaded slowly, in an artisanal way, according to an authentic family recipe, the fruit of a long tradition.     The honey used is mountain honey harvested in regions (Mexico - Guatemala) protected from any pollution and selected with the greatest care.     No preservatives or coloring agents. Without added white sugars.
