We travel to the heart of the lush unspoiled forest of Indonesia on the island of Java. This is where the women producers prepare the precious coconut blossom sugar, very aromatic with woody and caramel notes. The picker delicately incises the flower bud and slowly takes out its sap. The sap of the coconut blossom is then heated and kneaded, until you obtain the wonderful crystallized coconut sugar with such sweet scents.
