Our story begins with the Chemlali olive trunk, reclaimed at the end of its fruiting life for its dark tones and beautifully marbled grain. We honor this noble wood through a natural process: soaking it in Mediterranean brine, curing it without chemicals, and finally, hand-carving heirloom objects that carry the scent of olive oil and the glow of a North African sunset.
We embrace the unique character of olive wood. To ensure every piece offers a lifetime of beauty and stability, each one must pass a rigorous 30-point quality inspection before leaving our Sfax workshop.
