Pentaminos are part of the polyomino family, geometric figures based on small squares. In this family, the pentaminos are precisely composed of 5 adjacent squares (the term “penta” comes from the Greek, and means “5”). This puzzle consists of the 12 pentaminos, the 12 possible sets of 5 squares, traditionally named after the letters of the alphabet they resemble: F, I, T, L, N, P, U, V, W, X , Y and Z. The game lends itself to a variety of challenges: solo puzzles with varied starting configurations, 3D puzzles in cubes of varying sizes, but also a two-player game in opposition...
