Atelier Marie-Lucienne is a small artisan business and has been producing environmentally friendly stitch markers, useful accessories for knitting and crocheting as well as gifts for knitters and crocheters from FSC and PEFC certified wood (mostly poplar or birch) since the beginning of 2021.
In addition, predominantly recycled and ecological raw materials (e.g. FSC-certified paper), chalk paints (eco test winner) and ecologically degradable wood glue are used. And of course, sustainability and the environment are also taken into account when shipping orders.
The creative mind of our company is Marjan, who makes the stitch markers by hand with great attention to detail (she usually works with a large magnifying glass to make the individual motifs perfect down to the smallest element).
Our stitch markers - both useful and beautiful to look at - bring a sense of joy when you see them and bring a smile to the face of any craft enthusiast.
