Atypical Attire is a new independent UK brand, created with one goal in mind - to revolutionalise the way people view socks!
Created by a London based shopaholic, (who is also known to be a little sock-obsessed!) the idea was to spread this passion through unique, one-of-a-kind creations which challenge peoples' perceptions of hosiery.
Although a crucial item of clothing, socks are often overlooked in fashion. Therefore, Atypical Attire injects fun, playfulness and creativity into its designs to make this beloved accessory into a statement piece and a key feature of any outfit. We strive to explore new design possibilities and push the boundaries of what a sock is, how it can be made and how it can be worn as we enter new territory within fashion.
Atypical Attire experiments with new styles of construction and adds accessories and embellishments never before seen on socks and only used in other areas of clothing, including zips, eyelets and clips, with plans to explore much further!
