Ayurveda states that when you keep water in a copper bottle or cup for at least 12 – 18 hours, it has a balancing effect on the three bio-energies (doshas) that circulate through the human body (Vata: air element, Pitta: fire element and Kapha: water element).

 Ayurveda has known the benefits of drinking water from a copper vessel for centuries. 

Ayurveda states that when you store water in a copper vessel or bottle for at least 12 – 18 hours, it releases the three Doshas (bio energies) that circulate through the human body (the Vata air element, the Pitta fire element and the Kapha water element) can balance. 

In addition, this water can help balance the pH value of your body.

The recommended daily allowance of copper for adults is set at 0.9 mg.
