The softness of the coconut is counterbalanced by the spiciness of the homemade candied ginger. The salt-roasted almonds accompany the caramelized corn petals for added crunch.    Gourmet and gourmet, our bars were developed by a gourmet chef in collaboration with a dietitian and a sports nutritionist.
