The Babywelle is an ergonomically designed, sustainably produced and beautiful baby bouncer.
The baby wave was developed by the pediatric surgeon Dr. John Michael. Great importance is attached to sustainability in the materials used and in production. The regional processing in the Bavarian Chiemgau promises short transport routes and promotes the companies based in the region. Product description The main feature of the baby wave is the lying surface: the back lies straight, the hips are bent. The purpose behind this is to support the young spine, the muscles of which do not yet have a holding function. This is good for breathing and digestion. A hunched upper body has it harder, e.g. in the car seat shells. And: the hips are bent. The legs are intentionally bent to encourage maturation of the hip joints. More than 30% of Central European children are born with immature hips and therefore the pediatrician examines the newborn with his ultrasound device. The baby always lies ideally in the baby wave, because the hollow in the hip area prevents it from slipping and the side padding supports the child. The body is made entirely of wood by hand in Bavarian partner joineries and with 100% solar energy. Available in white melamine and oak veneer, all woods have been tested for harmful substances and carry the FSC label. Baby wave can be combined with 5 different fabric colors. The fabric cover is sewn from extra thick (300g/m2) GOTS-certified organic cotton jersey. The 35 mm thick mattress made of foam or natural latex ensures particularly pleasant lying comfort. Cover and mats meet the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

The shape of the lying surface is unique and offers a high level of ergonomics. Thanks to the perfectly balanced center of gravity, babies can make the seesaw gently rock themselves with slight movements.
