BAPBAP Original - Drum 30L

The first beer to come out of the vats on rue Saint-Maur, BAPBAP Originale is a Pale Ale-type top-fermented beer with a 5.8% strength. It is a Parisian interpretation of round and spicy Belgian beers and American Pale Ales with their distinctive hops. Its recipe comes from a subtle blend of the sweetness of malts (barley and wheat) and the refreshing notes delivered by hops. Cascade hops provide citrus aromas that mingle with the residual sugars of the Cara Vienne malt. It is a golden, round and fruity beer that reveals a pleasant bitterness on the finish. Alc. 5.8% vol.
