The most permanent of the BAPBAP ephemeral beers is back this year for a sixth edition, and this time it's organic! This 5.3% Pale Ale with a beautiful golden color offers pleasant fruity notes of pineapple and peach on the nose thanks to its generous Citra dry hopping. But its hoppy character is also revealed on the palate with delicate notes of passion fruit that conclude with a dry finish and a discreet bitterness.
