When cooked, the intense scent of truffle will blend perfectly with that of wheat for a simple and original dish. Plunge the pasta into 4 liters of boiling water. Let cook for 6-7 minutes. Drain the pasta, leaving a little water. Season with olive oil, butter or Parmesan.
