This fresh egg artisan Truffle Tagliolini-Noodles are a gourmet creation born from Ori di Langa’s experience and care in treating the most delicate fruit on earth: the truffle. - Only genuine ingredients are used: Italian Durum wheat semolina, eggs 30% enriched with Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.). - The high concentration of eggs in the pasta enhances the truffle flavour. - Season them with just a bit of oil or butter and Parmesan cheese. - Pleasant thickness and elasticity. - Noodles with intense and balanced taste. - Chef's recommendations: cook the Tagliolini into two liters of boiling, salted water for about 4/5 minutes.
