Products with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, handcrafted and dried at low temperature. They are characterized by the presence of wheat germ, the heart of the wheat grain, which is reintroduced during the processing of the wheat, through artisanal techniques. Quick cooking and excellent consistency, they can be mixed with tagliolini with nettle, tomato or salmon, having the same cooking minutes (5 minutes). They are ideal with fresh truffles or simply with tomato sauce or creamy cheeses.
