Old vintage olive oil - minimum BBD 04.2025 - Reduction -10% A superior quality organic extra virgin olive oil certified AOP Provence olive oil. 

This oil meets very precise specifications which constitute a guarantee of quality, traceability and control.   The main varieties of AOP Provence are Aglandau, Salonenque, Cayon and Bouteillan.

 Green fruity type olive oil, with herbaceous, vegetal aromas, freshly cut grass, raw artichoke, tomato leaf. 

The aromas are long in the mouth with a slight bitterness and ardor.

 INTENSE is a finishing oil that goes wonderfully with starchy foods, soups, fresh cheeses, fish and grilled meats or even in pastries.
