Glow in the Dark - Black IPA (7%)

After the promotion of this favorite football club, our brewer Wilco only has one wish left: to finally brew a black IPA. So that's obviously what we did. Our previous Black IPA (for charity) turned out a bit extreme and experimental to say the least, but this rematch is beautifully balanced. A delicate balance of dark, roasty and dry notes on one side, and fruity, crushable hoppy notes on the other side. Part of the profits for this beer will be donated to "stichting ALS Nederland".
