Our latest India Pale Ale takes our West Coast style back to basics using a selection of modern American hops from the Yakima valley. The result is a crisp, balanced beer with an assertive bitterness building into flavours of grapefruit, pine and citrus, with the classic amber colour you would expect from a West Coast.
