n lieu of a cake, we’ve brewed a decadent, viscous Imperial Stout to celebrate our 10th birthday. Not one, but four mashes were used to achieve a luxuriously silky texture and full- bodied mouthfeel. Sumptuous praline adds a creamy nut character with bitter cacao and a dash of sea salt contributing nuanced complexity.
