Artisanal perronillas

It is a typical sweet from Salamanca and Extremadura (Spain).   It is handcrafted from wheat flour, sugar, lard, eggs and olive oil, with local ingredients and free of additives, preservatives and colorings. It is a product that is easy to preserve and store, with a long expiration date. Winner of the 2nd prize of Dulcería Artesana de Castilla y León in 2006.
