Along with honey, pollen and propolis, royal jelly is one of the most important bee products in the hive and is called a “bee superfood” due to its valuable ingredients. The worker bees collect pollen, mix it with honey in their mouths and add a nutrient-rich secretion through their sebum and salivary glands. This mixture develops into the special royal jelly. The fresh royal jelly serves as food for the queen bee and the bee larvae that will grow into queens. It is believed that the special composition of this “queen food” contributes significantly to the queen bee’s exceptionally long lifespan of up to four years. 1-2 grams daily (equivalent to approx. a pinch) before the first meal, mix well and consume on its own or in dishes (bowls, muesli, smoothies or honey). Not suitable for use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to royal jelly and bee products. The product may cause stains. Do not bring into contact with sensitive surfaces or clothing.
