The propolis capsules contain pure propolis from 100% natural origin. We only use high-quality propolis from regional and national sources (e.g. Latvia), rural and idyllic beekeeping. Each capsule contains 320mg of propolis, which corresponds to almost 800mg of pure propolis. Propolis is a resin produced by bees that is used to seal beehives. The insects use various resins (plant) for this purpose. In addition to sealing, it also serves to disinfect the beehive. Take 1-2 capsules daily with plenty of water and do not chew. Not suitable for use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to propolis and bee products. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. The food supplements do not serve as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. A healthy diet is very important! Store the propolis capsules in a cool, dry place.
