Spleen Qi Deficiency Tea

The spleen plays a very important role in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In TCM, the organ is responsible for converting food into energy – into “Qi”. Therefore, when the spleen is not working well, we get a general qi deficiency. The most common signs of this are tiredness and a feeling of weakness. Other signs are: cravings for sweets, flatulence, paleness, susceptibility to infections, difficulty concentrating. Strengthening your Spleen Qi is not difficult at all. For this we have put together our spleen qi deficiency tea with the midwife Nadine Neumann. Drink the tea regularly, although even small amounts are sufficient. Regularity is much more important than quantity here. You can also give the spleen qi a boost with a warm breakfast, e.g. in the form of a porridge.
