As a child, I always stood in the kitchen, looked over my mother's shoulder and helped wherever I could. It was the fascination of creating a delicious dish from different ingredients and of course the scent of the spices that gave the dishes the final "whistle". This is how my love for cooking developed. My taste passion applies to good middle-class and Asian cuisine.
For me, cooking is not only a passion but also pure relaxation.

It has always annoyed me how difficult it is to get hold of good spices. They are either completely tasteless or heavily overpriced as a "delicacy". For this reason, the Bergische Gewürzmanufaktur was created - we not only offer spices that meet the highest quality and taste standards, but also remain affordable for everyone!
