Our potato chips are made traditionally and the recipe is based on our own know-how and experience gained over the years in our small shop in the old town of San Sebastian.
In San Sebastian, a city in the Basque Country, the journey and experience began in 1990 in a small shop in the old town. Today, with a second generation also involved in this project, Sarriegui chips are spreading all over the world, with the quality confirmed by the origin and the care in the production process.
But the chips are really delicatessen, why?
>The potatoes we use come from a specific type of potato that is specifically designed for frying.
>Our potato chips are thin, crispy and soft.
>we put a little salt on the chips
> we fry the chips in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower seed oil
> we use very few but high-quality ingredients to produce them (e.g.B. our salted chips contain: potato and salt)
