Surrounding ourselves with passionate people was one of our biggest concerns when we started. Building a small team of employees, looking after them, giving them responsibility, allowing them to choose their own hours, getting them interested in the company's results, making the workshop a unique place to live where it's good to work, this is our daily life with Aurore, Yaiza, Laetitia, Melissa and Rafael who accompany us and will soon be supported by other enthusiasts ready to enter this Place des épices.
Place des Epices is a workshop around organic and responsible spices where we develop mixtures from whole products that we assemble, toast if necessary and grind to order. This last operation, unique in its kind, guarantees you exceptional freshness.
