Surrounding ourselves with passionate people was one of our big concerns when we started. Build a small team of employees, take care of two, empower them, allow them to choose their schedules, interest them in the results of the company, make the workshop a unique place to live where it is good to work, here is our daily life with Aurore, Ines, Yaiza and Julien who accompany us and will soon be supported by other enthusiasts ready to enter this Place des épices.
Place des Epices is a workshop around organic and responsible spices where we develop mixtures from whole products that we assemble, toast as needed and grind to order. This last operation, unique in its kind, guarantees exceptional freshness.
